Mastermind groups
Meeting every month, the mastermind groups of up to 5 business owners, team leaders, and/or managers, from across industries will work together in a facilitated structured session to support each other to solve problems, and develop ideas for business growth.
Every mastermind group has it’s own online chat forum for weekly accountability, via a Slack channel. This helps you access your mastermind buddies to check ideas out with them, rather than having to wait another few weeks to get their view on your action steps.
Whilst these mastermind groups use action learning to support business growth and development, Tracey-Jane as an experienced trained listener, offers a listening space to allow each person to listen to themselves and have time to hear themselves think.
Being part of a mastermind group, you’ll discover a new board of advisers for your business, mixing with individuals with different perspectives on life, your industry and your business. Collaborating ideas is fulfilling and a bi-product of the mastermind groups as they develop with consistent group members.
